Arsenal Repositions Davenport Community

Arsenal Capital LLC is excited to announce the acquisition of a C Class community in Davenport, IA. This community has been owned by the same operator since 1976 and has been mismanaged and neglected. Arsenal saw an opportunity to complete a heavy lift cosmetic renovation to boost rents and attract a strong tenant base. By adding condo-style finishes and updating the exterior, the new community will be repositioned for a working-class, millennial tenant base as affordable, luxury housing. Arsenal's in-house property management arm will takeover management to help ensure a higher return. Arsenal plans to continue to acquire undervalued assets in the Quad City metro and create exceptional communities for its residents.
